Shipping and Returns
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 3 - 5 business days after receiving your order for delivery in Hong Kong. The average shipping times are 15 - 21 days for international shipments.
Tracking numbers will be updated 3 - 5 days after your order has been Shipped out. If you don't have a tracking number after 7 business days, please email us at email@example.com.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You have 7 days after receiving the ordered items to inform us of the return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We offer a 100% money back guarantee or the option to have the item you have purchased replaced if the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
To start a return, you are to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and if your return is accepted, we will request you to send the item back to us. Returning items without first informing us and requesting a return of the item, will not be accepted. You must ship the damaged item back at your own expense. Please include a name and order number on the returned parcel.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
We will offer you a replacement product, of the same type and model item that you purchased and ship it to you, on our cost, within 2 days of receiving the damaged item. If you do not wish a replacement item, and if approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Please note that certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
